The main column and boom are constructed from thickened, high-quality rectangular steel pipes. After full integral welding and high-temperature stress-relief annealing, all internal structural stress is eliminated. The entire frame is CNC precision-milled on four sides, ensuring ultra-high overall rigidity, straightness and stability.

During long-term continuous industrial operation, the machine body will not deform, shake or deflect — effectively preventing welding track deviation and guaranteeing high-precision welding results on every workpiece.

The horizontal boom adopts a reinforced anti-torsion, anti-bending structure, matched with high-precision linear guide rails and silent sliding assemblies. The effective working stroke reaches 2000mm, covering most medium-sized tanks and cylindrical workpieces.

Telescopic movement is smooth, uniform and jitter-free. The stable travel track guarantees consistent torch movement speed, laying a solid foundation for flat, uniform and aesthetically formed welds.

The vertical lifting effective stroke reaches 2000mm, providing an ultra-wide height adjustment range that freely adapts to different roller frame heights, workpiece diameters and welding height requirements.

An industrial reducer and synchronous chain drive deliver stable lifting power output — no slipping, jamming or sudden shaking — maintaining consistent welding height throughout the entire welding process.

The thickened integral base offers strong load-bearing capacity and overall stability, supporting manual 360° free rotation of the entire column and boom assembly.

Operators can flexibly adjust welding angle and working direction according to workpiece position without moving heavy tanks or barrels — greatly improving workshop flexibility, saving handling time and maximizing limited floor space. An electric automatic rotation system is available as an optional upgrade for higher-automation production lines.

Both horizontal boom movement and vertical column lifting use infinitely variable speed regulation technology with a wide, precise adjustment range. Operators can set slow speeds for fine welding and fast idle speeds for rapid reset, greatly improving overall production efficiency.

Constant-speed mechanical operation completely eliminates manual speed fluctuation, effectively preventing welding ripples, burn-through, incomplete penetration, uneven weld beads and other common welding defects.

The welding torch fixture supports six-direction precise adjustment: up, down, left, right, forward, backward and 360° angle rotation.

According to different material thicknesses, weld gaps and welding process standards, operators can accurately calibrate arc distance, torch inclination angle and welding track position to achieve zero-error seam fitting and high-standard, repeatable weld quality.

All welding cables, control signal lines, power lines and air pressure pipelines are fully routed inside high-toughness engineering plastic energy chains.

This fully enclosed protection structure prevents wire friction damage, stretching breakage, aging exposure and pipeline loosening during frequent reciprocating movement — greatly improving equipment safety, stability and service life.
