Automatic Column & Boom Welding Manipulator for Polished Stainless Steel Food Tank, Pharmaceutical Vessel and Kettle Welding

The complete machine adopts a modular integrated design, including a vertical column lifting system, horizontal boom telescopic system, precision transmission driving system, torch fine adjustment mechanism, anti-torsion rigid frame, full-protection energy chain wiring system, electric control system and fixed rotary base.

The main column is made of high-quality thick rectangular seamless steel pipe. After integral welding, high-temperature stress relief annealing treatment and precision CNC milling processing, the overall frame has ultra-high rigidity and vertical precision. It will not deform or shake during long-term frequent lifting operation, ensuring vertical stability of the welding system and eliminating welding deviation caused by frame vibration.

The horizontal boom adopts a reinforced anti-bending and anti-torsion structural design, equipped with high-precision linear guide rails and stable rolling sliding pairs. The telescopic movement is smooth, uniform and jitter-free. It effectively guarantees the straightness and uniformity of the welding torch walking track, laying a foundation for flat and consistent weld forming.

Equipped with a professional industrial reducer and high-strength silent chain transmission mechanism. Both boom horizontal travel and column vertical lifting adopt infinitely variable speed regulation. The speed output is stable without pulse fluctuation, avoiding welding ripples, uneven weld bead, partial over-welding or missing welding caused by unstable walking speed.

The welding torch clamping seat supports six-direction fine adjustment: up, down, left, right, forward, backward and 360° angle rotation. Operators can quickly and accurately adjust the torch distance, welding angle and aiming position according to different workpiece wall thickness, pipe diameter and weld gap. It realizes zero-error alignment of the welding track and greatly improves welding precision and yield rate.

All welding cables, control signal lines and air pressure pipelines are fully hidden inside high-toughness engineering plastic energy chains. It completely avoids wire friction, stretching damage, aging exposure and pipeline loosening during long-distance reciprocating movement, greatly improving equipment safety, stability and overall service life.

The heavy-duty integrated cast base ensures firm overall placement and no displacement during high-load operation. It supports 360° manual free rotation, which is convenient for multi-angle welding of different workpieces in limited workshop space. Electric automatic rotation function is optional for higher-level automated production requirements.
