The entire machine frame is fabricated with thickened Q355 high-strength steel plates and heavy industrial profiles. All key load-bearing parts are fully welded using deep-penetration welding technology. After welding, the whole frame undergoes high-temperature stress relief annealing treatment to eliminate internal welding stress and structural fatigue. This process ensures the equipment maintains high rigidity, a stable center of gravity, and zero deformation during long-term heavy-load continuous operation.

The rotator adopts an integral large-diameter gear ring and hardened reducer motor drive system. The gear and pinion mesh precisely to provide stable, powerful, and uniform torque output. Compared with chain drive and belt drive, gear transmission features stronger overload resistance, no slipping, no jitter, and no speed fluctuation during full-load rotation, ensuring ultra-smooth turning performance suitable for high-precision welding and inspection work.

The core advantage of this machine is the adjustable sliding support base. The support span can be freely adjusted and mechanically locked according to the length of 20ft or 40ft tank containers. After precise positioning and locking, the support points are evenly distributed, ensuring balanced stress and stable rotation regardless of tank length. All support rollers are wrapped with thick vulcanized wear-resistant rubber layers. The soft-contact supporting design avoids hard metal friction between the roller and the tank frame. Meanwhile, the high-friction rubber surface provides excellent anti-slip performance to prevent tank displacement during automatic positioning and low-speed rotation.

The machine is equipped with an industrial PLC controller, high-precision encoder, and human-machine touch screen. Operators can preset rotation angles, dwell time, and cycle times. The equipment can automatically rotate to the target position, stop steadily for processing, and reset to the original position after completing the work cycle. It realizes unattended automatic operation, reduces manual intervention, and eliminates human positioning errors. Manual jog mode, forward/reverse rotation, and emergency stop functions are reserved for flexible switching.

A built-in variable frequency speed regulation system allows stepless speed adjustment from 0.1 rpm to 1.0 rpm. Ultra-low speed is suitable for precision welding, flaw detection, and fine cleaning; stable medium speed is ideal for large-area rust removal, spraying, and batch refurbishment.
