The main frame of the rotator is fabricated from thick Q355 high-strength steel plate and heavy industrial profiles. All load-carrying beams, base supports and ring frame structures adopt full penetration welding. After welding, the whole structure undergoes stress relief annealing treatment to eliminate internal welding stress, preventing deformation, shaking and structural fatigue under long-term heavy-load cyclic operation.

The large ring gear driving system consists of an integral heavy-duty ring gear and a hardened-tooth reducer motor. The gear and pinion mesh closely to output stable and powerful torque. Rotation runs smoothly without jitter, slipping or stagnation even under full load, offering excellent overload resistance and long service life compared with chain or belt drives.

The core highlight of this model is the adjustable internal fixture frame. The fixture structure can slide and lock along the transverse guide beam. Operators can adjust the span of the supporting frame according to whether the tank is 20ft or 40ft. After adjustment, the locking mechanism fastens the frame firmly to ensure balanced support and no displacement during 360° rotation. The contact support rollers are wrapped with thick vulcanized wear-resistant rubber. This soft-contact design protects the tank frame and paint surface from scratches and extrusion damage while improving friction to prevent sliding during automatic positioning.

Equipped with a VFD variable frequency speed regulation system, the rotation speed can be steplessly adjusted. Low speed is used for precision welding, flaw detection and fine cleaning; medium speed is suitable for large-area rust removal, spraying and batch refurbishment.

The intelligent control system adopts an industrial PLC and high-precision encoder for angle positioning. Operators set the target rotation angle, dwell time and cycle times on the touch screen. The machine automatically executes the whole cycle: rotate to the preset angle, stop steadily for processing, and return to the origin after completion. Manual jog mode, forward/reverse control and emergency stop function are retained for flexible switching. Multiple safety configurations — including mechanical anti-tilting structure, electrical limit protection and overload protection — are installed to avoid over-rotation and accidental tipping.
