The whole machine adopts super thick Q355 low-alloy high-strength steel plate and an industrial heavy profile integral welding structure. All main load-bearing beams, base supports and connection parts adopt a full penetration welding process to ensure overall structural integrity.

After welding forming, the entire frame undergoes high-temperature annealing stress relief treatment to completely eliminate welding residual stress and structural fatigue. It effectively avoids frame deformation, shaking and displacement under long-term 36-ton super heavy load and continuous cyclic rotation. All assembly reference surfaces are precisely CNC machined to ensure horizontal flatness and overall operation stability, supporting 24-hour uninterrupted industrial heavy-duty work.

Equipped with an industrial large-diameter integral ring gear and hardened tooth surface reducer motor drive system, the equipment outputs super strong stable torque. The gear and pinion mesh precisely with zero back clearance, realizing uniform power transmission.

Compared with chain and belt drive structures, the gear drive features stronger overload resistance, no slipping, no stagnation and no jitter during full-load rotation. The equipment is equipped with multi-group balanced load-bearing roller groups. Each roller is wrapped with thickened high-elastic industrial rubber through a high-temperature vulcanization integration process.

The soft contact support structure perfectly fits the tank container frame, completely avoiding hard metal friction scratches, paint peeling and frame extrusion deformation. The high-friction rubber surface greatly enhances anti-slip performance, ensuring no tank sliding or offset during low-speed precise positioning and automatic cycle rotation. Different from conventional manual control models, this machine is equipped with an industrial special PLC controller and a high-precision rotary encoder positioning system. After the program is started, the equipment automatically rotates according to the set parameters, stops accurately at the target processing position for fixed-time static operation, and automatically resets to the initial position after completing one working cycle. Equipped with an advanced frequency conversion speed regulation system, the rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly from 0.1 RPM to 1.0 RPM. Ultra-low speed is used for precision welding, flaw detection and fine cleaning; medium uniform speed is used for large-area painting, rust removal and batch processing. The speed conversion is smooth without impact, ensuring stable tank body operation.
