The whole machine adopts an integrated heavy welded steel frame structure. The main support base, beam and load-bearing legs are made of thickened Q355 high-strength steel plates through full-penetration welding. After integral welding, the entire frame undergoes stress relief treatment to eliminate welding deformation and internal metal stress, ensuring long-term heavy-load operation without shaking, distortion or structural fatigue.

The equipment is equipped with a high-precision large-diameter integral ring gear drive system and an industrial heavy-duty reducer motor. The ring gear meshes stably with the driving pinion, providing powerful torque output, uniform transmission and strong anti-overload capability. No slipping, stagnation or jitter occurs during full-load rotation.

The support roller groups are equipped with thickened high wear-resistant rubber lining. The high-friction soft-contact design fits the tank container frame precisely, effectively protecting the paint surface and metal structure of the tank body, avoiding hard collision scratches and pressure deformation, while greatly improving anti-slip performance during rotation.

Adopting variable frequency speed regulation technology, the rotation speed can be adjusted steplessly according to different working procedures. Low-speed stable rotation is suitable for precision inspection, fine welding and detailed cleaning; medium uniform speed is applicable for batch refurbishment and large-area welding work.

The electrical control system is simple, stable and industrial waterproof and dustproof. It supports forward rotation, reverse rotation, continuous operation and emergency stop shutdown.
