Our heavy-duty welding positioner is an industrial-grade automatic rotary solution specially developed for precision overlay welding, hardfacing surfacing and surface restoration of large heavy circular workpieces. This equipment delivers ultra-stable constant-speed rotation during the entire welding process, enabling uniform weld deposition and layer-by-layer consistent hardfacing build-up.
Advanced Working Principle: Rotate, Deposit, Build Up
The entire overlay welding process forms a precise closed-loop automation logic. The heavy-duty turntable rotates the fixed workpiece at a precise, steady speed, ensuring every welding area passes the welding torch at the same linear speed. The welding machine continuously deposits welding material, and the material builds up layer by layer, forming a dense, flat, uniform and highly wear-resistant cladding layer.
Reinforced Industrial Structural Design
The whole machine adopts fully welded heavy steel structure with overall stress relief annealing treatment. The main frame, support legs and base are all reinforced with thickened steel plates and multi-directional rib plates, providing ultra-high rigidity and compression resistance. The large thickened turntable faceplate is precision-machined with flat surface and reserved fixture installation holes and T-slots.

This heavy-duty model adopts high-precision frequency conversion speed regulation technology. The rotation speed remains constant from low speed to high speed with no jitter, no stalling and no instantaneous speed difference. Stable rotation ensures consistent weld bead width, uniform deposition volume and perfect layer superposition effect.
Intelligent Control & Complete Safety System
The equipment is equipped with industrial PLC and high-definition touch screen control system. All welding parameters can be digitally set and stored. Multiple industrial safety protection functions are standard configured, including overload protection, over-current protection, torque limit protection and emergency stop protection.
