Product Description
This heavy-duty welding positioner is a robust industrial rotary turntable engineered for circumferential seam welding, overlay hardfacing and surfacing repair of large circular workpieces. The modular structure includes a heavy-duty faceplate, drive & gearbox assembly, reinforced support legs and anchor feet. Every component is purpose-built to deliver outstanding stability, high load capacity and consistent rotation performance for heavy industrial welding applications.
Product Structure Breakdown
Heavy-duty Faceplate
The large thick faceplate is manufactured from high-strength steel plate with reserved mounting holes and T-slot options. It securely holds flanges, rollers, valve bodies and other heavy round parts with excellent rigidity and resistance to bending under full rated load.
Drive & Gearbox Assembly
The drive unit consists of variable frequency motor and heavy-duty planetary gearbox, providing massive torque output, low backlash and stable transmission. The enclosed design protects internal components from welding dust, spatter and workshop contamination.
Reinforced Support Legs
Thick reinforced support legs distribute heavy workpiece load evenly across the machine, reducing vibration during rotation and improving overall rigidity to prevent shaking or tilting.
Anchor Feet
Solid anchor feet with bolt holes allow fixing the entire positioner firmly to the concrete workshop floor, eliminating machine shifting during heavy-load operation for maximum safety and precision.
