Our heavy-duty welding turntable positioner is professional industrial rotary equipment designed for circular, cylindrical, and disc-shaped workpieces. It is engineered for circumferential automatic welding, surface hardfacing, wear-resistant overlay welding, and component repair welding in heavy industry applications.
Unlike ordinary light-duty positioners, this machine delivers superior load-bearing performance and ultra-stable constant-speed rotation. It effectively solves common heavy workpiece welding problems including unstable rotation, shaking, uneven welding layers, and low finished product qualification rates. The machine features a full thickened steel plate integral welding structure with reinforced base and multi-layer reinforcing rib design. This construction significantly improves overall rigidity, enabling it to bear super heavy workpieces without shaking or deflection.
All welded frames undergo professional high-temperature stress relief annealing treatment to completely eliminate internal welding stress. This ensures the equipment maintains precision during long-term 24-hour continuous heavy-load operation, preventing deformation or fatigue while extending service life.
The turntable surface includes standard multi-group T-slots supporting flexible installation of various fixtures, pressing plates, and customized tooling. This enables secure clamping of large rollers, hydraulic cylinders, valve bodies, flanges, and other irregular heavy circular workpieces for multi-functional welding production.
Ultra-Stable Constant Speed Rotation
This welding turntable features a high-torque heavy-duty planetary reducer and high-precision variable frequency motor. The system provides large transmission torque, stable output, and stepless precise speed adjustment.

Multiple safety protection functions include: overload automatic stop protection, over-current protection, torque limit protection, and emergency stop devices.
