This industrial-grade heavy-duty welding positioner is specifically engineered for circumferential seam welding, automatic overlay welding, hardfacing, surfacing repair, and cladding welding processes on large circular, cylindrical, and disc-shaped workpieces.
Robust Structural Design
Built with ultra-rigid heavy-duty welded steel structure, the base features thickened steel plates and multi-channel rib plates for enhanced rigidity and compression resistance. The complete frame undergoes high-temperature stress relief annealing to eliminate internal welding stress, ensuring long-term mechanical stability and precision consistency without deformation, shaking, or shifting during continuous heavy-load operation.
Versatile Workholding System
The rotary working table includes a large-diameter high-strength faceplate with standard multi-group T-slot layout. This flexible T-slot structure accommodates various fixtures, pressing plates, and customized tooling for stable clamping of flanges, rollers, valve bodies, hydraulic cylinders, mining rollers, and other irregular circular workpieces.
Core Performance Advantages
Powered by a high-torque industrial reducer and frequency conversion driving motor, the positioner delivers stepless adjustable constant-speed rotation with large output torque, stable operation, low noise, and zero speed fluctuation. This ensures uniform weld wire deposition, consistent overlay thickness, smooth weld surfaces, and minimal defects during hardfacing and surfacing processes.
