Product Description
Heavy Duty Welding Positioner
This heavy duty welding positioner, also known as welding turntable, is engineered to handle large and heavy cylindrical and circular workpieces. It is specially designed for overlay welding, hardfacing, surfacing and circumferential seam welding applications.
Robust Construction & Design
Constructed with a thick, robust base and heavy-duty rotary table faceplate, this machine can securely hold bulky, high-weight workpieces without deflection or shaking. The large diameter faceplate is equipped with multiple T-slots, which allow flexible clamping and fixing of different circular parts. The heavy load bearing structure is reinforced with thick steel plates and ribs. After fabrication, the whole frame undergoes stress relief annealing to eliminate internal welding stress, ensuring long-term stability under continuous heavy load operation.
Precision Drive System
The rotary drive system adopts high-torque planetary reducer and variable frequency motor. It provides steady, vibration-free rotation with precise speed control. The uniform rotation speed is critical for overlay welding: consistent rotational movement ensures even deposition of the weld metal, creating smooth, uniform hardfacing layers without uneven thickness or welding defects. This directly improves the quality and wear resistance of the overlay weld.
Advanced Control & Safety
The control system uses industrial PLC and touch screen operation. Operators can easily set rotation direction, rotation speed and working time. The machine is equipped with complete safety protection functions including emergency stop, overload protection and over-torque shutdown. If the workpiece exceeds the set load limit, the system will automatically stop rotation to protect the equipment and operators.
