Our Head & Tail Robot Welding Positioner is a heavy-duty automated workpiece rotating solution, specially engineered for robotic welding of long and bulky workpieces such as excavator booms, buckets, and other construction machinery components. Combined with welding robot, it builds a complete robotic welding workcell, greatly lifting workshop productivity and weld quality.

  • Head & Tail Structure: Split headstock and tailstock design providing powerful rotary torque and stable two-point holding for long, heavy workpieces without shaking during welding.
  • Adjustable Distance: Tailstock travels on heavy-duty base rails, allowing flexible center distance adjustment between head and tail to handle multiple workpiece lengths with one machine.
