Product Description
Head and Tail Welding Positioner | Robot Welding Positioner for Excavator Arm & Bucket Automatic Welding
The head and tail robot positioner is a heavy-duty workpiece rotating solution specially designed for automatic welding of large and long workpieces such as excavator arms, buckets and other construction machinery components. It is widely matched with welding robots to build a fully automatic robotic welding workstation.
This positioner adopts a split head-tail structure. The headstock provides powerful torque for rotating the workpiece, while the tailstock can slide on the base rail to adjust the center distance freely, adapting to workpieces of different lengths. The adjustable distance design greatly expands the range of available workpieces. It can firmly clamp large irregular workpieces and rotate them at a stable and stepless speed, keeping the welding seam always in the optimal flat welding position. This reduces welding defects, improves weld consistency and greatly lowers the labor requirement.
Integrated seamlessly with welding robots, the whole system realizes automated cycle welding. The machine frame uses thickened steel plate welded structure, after stress relief annealing treatment, ensuring stable operation under long-time heavy load without deformation. The rotary drive unit adopts high-precision reducer and variable frequency motor, featuring stable rotation, low noise and high repeat positioning accuracy. Safe protection functions include overload protection, emergency stop button and safety interlock.
