Beam Turnover Machine For Metal Container And Structures Overturning Purpose

Model LF06-2000 is basically composed by columns, basements, arms, overturning device, and electrical control system.

The columns, basement, arms are welded by Q235, stress released by heat treatment, machined precisely, to provide reliable rigidity and non-deformation in long term working.

The chain goes through the column and basement, on idler wheel and driving wheel to be a circle. Put the workpiece on it, the friction between the workpiece and chain makes the workpiece following rotation with the chain. It has the features as easy and fast, stable working.

The column is mounted onto the basement through bolts, for easy assembly and transport.

The arms are open by the drag of the weight counters when no workpiece loaded. After loading, the arms close. The chain is driven to move and overturn the workpiece, through the brake motor, worms and driving wheels.

The gearbox is standard model, close oil sink type, to avoid being disturbed by stains, slags or any dust. The gearbox is worm structure, self lock to certain the workpiece stop at any position needed for easy welding. And keep safe even when power suddenly off.

The shafts and wheels are made of 45# steel, tendered and quenched, for provide strong torque transmission. The 20A double line chain (Min kN:173.5) has 5.9 times of rated load capacity, to make sure the machine in safety working.

Control system is consisted of control box and remote box.

Inside control cabinet, there are inverter, contactors, pushbuttons, mainly are Schneider brand. It is used for control the machine operation and protect all motors. Inverter is also Schneider, which provide wide range, consist torque speed variation specifications. Speed is displayed by digit.

Remote box is with anti crush cover, with 10m cables.
