Product Overview
Our self-aligning welding turning roll provides stable and controlled rotation during circumferential seam welding, maintaining consistent workpiece positioning for welders. This simplifies vessel welding operations, improves welding quality, and enhances workshop safety.
Core Technology: Self-Centering Roller Mechanism
The driving and driven roller assemblies automatically adjust contact angles to fit the outer contour of cylindrical vessels. No manual adjustment is required when switching between different diameter workpieces. The rollers maintain balanced support throughout welding, preventing workpiece slipping, axial crawling, and radial vibration.
Heavy Industrial Construction
Fabricated from thickened Q235B steel plates and profiles with full welding and stress relief annealing to eliminate internal residual stress. The rigid base absorbs vibration from welding arcs and rotation, maintaining stable operation under maximum rated load.
Roller Components
Precision cast steel roller cores with high-performance polyurethane rubber cladding. The rubber layer features excellent heat resistance, anti-slip properties, and wear resistance, protecting vessel surfaces from scratches and indentations while withstanding welding spatter and high-temperature radiation.
