Our self-aligning welding turning roll is heavy-duty industrial auxiliary equipment engineered for rotary processing of cylindrical metal workpieces. Beyond welding applications, this machine excels in pipe outer wall grinding, seam polishing, surface finishing, anti-corrosion painting, and non-destructive inspection.

The self-aligning roller design automatically adjusts contact angles according to pipe and cylinder outer curvature. This eliminates manual roller spacing adjustments for different diameter workpieces, maintaining firm, stable contact to prevent slipping, axial drift, and radial shaking during high-friction grinding operations.

Construction & Durability
Precision cast steel roller hubs provide heavy load capacity, while polyurethane rubber coating offers excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, and high friction coefficient. The solid base frame is constructed from thick Q235B steel sections, fully welded and stress-relieved to resist vibration during continuous high-load grinding operations.
Electrical Control & Safety
Independent electrical cabinet with industrial frequency converter includes multi-protection functions: overload automatic stop, over-current protection, phase loss protection, and emergency stop cut-off. Control panel supports forward/reverse rotation, continuous run, and jog inching. Optional wireless remote control enhances operator safety by allowing distance from grinding sparks and debris.
