Self-Aligning Welding Turning Roll for Heavy Pipe & Cylinder Welding
This heavy-duty industrial welding rotator is specifically designed for rotary processing of large diameter pipes, carbon steel cylinders, and pressure vessels. It delivers smooth, constant, and controllable rotation during welding, grinding, painting, and inspection operations.
Advanced Self-Aligning Design
The equipment features a mature self-aligning roller structure where both driving and driven roller sets automatically adjust their contact angle to match the outer curve of cylindrical workpieces. This eliminates the need for manual roller spacing adjustments and ensures stable contact with workpieces of varying diameters.
This innovative design prevents slipping and eccentric shaking while eliminating axial movement and radial runout, making it critical for achieving high-quality pipe seam welding results.
Robust Construction & Materials
The roller hub is manufactured from precision-machined cast steel with a high-temperature resistant composite rubber coating. This rubber layer provides strong friction, outstanding wear resistance, and heat protection while preventing surface damage to pipes during operation.
The machine base is constructed with thickened Q235B steel profiles, fully welded and stress-relieved to guarantee high rigidity and long-term stability under heavy load conditions.
