Product Overview
This self-aligning welding turning roll (also known as self-centering welding rotator) is a heavy-duty automated auxiliary device designed for high-precision circular seam welding, longitudinal welding, outer surface grinding, anti-corrosion painting, flaw detection testing and assembly of cylindrical and slightly conical metal workpieces.
Advanced Self-Aligning Technology
Unlike traditional manual adjustable turning rolls that require repeated spacing adjustment, calibration and trial running, our self-aligning model features pure mechanical automatic centering structure. It actively adapts to different workpiece diameters without mechanical adjustment, significantly improving production efficiency, welding stability and workshop automation.
Working Principle & Structural Advantages
This welding turning roll utilizes a four-roller symmetrical self-aligning linkage mechanism. The driving roller group and driven roller group feature optimized swing arm balance structure. When cylindrical workpieces of different outer diameters are placed on the rollers, the four support rollers automatically swing and fit the workpiece radian, achieving automatic center positioning.
The entire positioning process is fully mechanical, requiring no electricity, manual bolt loosening, measuring or spacing modification. After one-time placement, the workpiece maintains perfect concentric rotation throughout the entire processing procedure.
Industrial Grade Construction
Heavy-Duty Integral Steel Frame: Base frame constructed from thickened Q235B national standard steel plate and large-size profile steel. Features full penetration automatic welding process and high-temperature stress relief annealing treatment to eliminate welding internal stress.
High Strength Anti-Slip Rollers: Roller core utilizes precision cast steel one-piece casting with finish turning processing. Outer layer features imported high-density industrial polyurethane rubber with Shore hardness of 85°, providing high temperature resistance up to 180°C, oil resistance, welding slag corrosion resistance, anti-aging and anti-slip performance.
High-Efficiency Transmission System: Equipped with industrial hardened helical gear reducer with carburizing and quenching heat treatment. Transmission efficiency exceeds 96%, with running noise lower than 65dB. All rotating parts utilize fully sealed heavy-duty bearings for dust-proof and anti-welding-slag operation.

Product Overview
