Self-Aligning Welding Turning Roll for Pressure Vessel & Tank Circumferential Welding
Our self-aligning welding turning roll, also known as a welding rotator, is heavy-duty auxiliary equipment specifically designed for cylindrical workpiece fabrication. It provides stable, controllable rotation to maintain consistent working positions during welding operations, eliminating the need for manual workpiece flipping and positioning.

Self-Aligning Roller Structure
The driving and driven roller sets automatically adjust contact angles according to the outer diameter curve of tanks or pipes. No manual adjustment is required when switching between different workpiece sizes. This design keeps workpieces centered at all times, eliminating axial drift, radial shaking, and eccentric rotation.
Stable Performance
Maintains ultra-smooth constant rotation even during low-speed precision welding, creating optimal conditions for high-quality uniform weld bead formation.
Durable Construction
Features cast steel roller hubs wrapped with high-temperature resistant composite rubber coating. The rubber material provides excellent anti-slip, wear-resistant, and heat-resistant properties while protecting metal surfaces from scratches, indentations, and thermal damage.
