Self-Aligning Welding Turning Roll
Heavy-duty welding rotator designed for vessel grinding, polishing, and circumferential welding applications. This professional-grade automated welding auxiliary equipment solves technical challenges including low efficiency, unstable rotation, workpiece deviation, poor welding consistency, and high labor costs in cylindrical workpiece processing.

Working Principle & Design
Features four-point automatic centering mechanical structure. The driving and driven group rollers automatically adjust contact angle according to workpiece outer diameter radian using mechanical geometric principles. No manual measurement, spacing adjustment, or calibration required.
Maintains concentric rotation state throughout operation, effectively eliminating axial drift, radial runout, eccentric shaking, and vibration problems. Provides ultra-stable constant-speed rotary motion for both low-speed precision welding and high-speed surface processing.
Construction & Materials
Frame Structure
Integrated Q235B thickened national standard steel plate and profile steel construction. Undergoes high-temperature stress relief annealing treatment and secondary finishing machining to eliminate internal welding stress. High overall rigidity with strong compression resistance and stable geometric accuracy for long-term use.
Roller Core Configuration
Precision cast steel integral forging process with high-strength industrial composite polyurethane rubber outer layer (Shore hardness 85 degrees). Features high temperature resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, and anti-slip performance. Protects finished surfaces including paint, polished surfaces, and stainless steel.
Transmission System
Hardened helical gear reducer for low noise and high transmission efficiency. High-precision heavy-duty bearings with dust-proof and anti-sealing design, suitable for 24-hour continuous workshop operation.
