Product Overview
This self-aligning welding turning roller is a core automation device specifically engineered for circumferential welding, longitudinal welding, surface polishing, anti-corrosion painting, and assembly of cylindrical workpieces. It eliminates problems associated with traditional manual turning operations, including unstable rotation, workpiece deviation, low welding efficiency, and poor seam uniformity.

  • Integrated automatic centering structure - driving and driven rollers actively adjust contact angle according to workpiece outer diameter
  • Automatic fitting and precise centering without repeated calibration
  • Eliminates shaking, axial displacement, and eccentric rotation
  • High-density polyurethane and high-temperature resistant rubber composite rollers (Shore hardness 85±5)
  • Anti-slip, wear-resistant, aging-resistant surface protects workpiece from scratches and indentations
  • Main frame fabricated with thickened Q235B steel with stress-relief annealing treatment
  • High rigidity structure with strong impact resistance and no permanent deformation under heavy loads
