Product Description
The fit-up rotator consists of a set of hydraulic lifting rotator (2 units)and a set of travelling welding rotator (2 units).The four cylinders of the hydraulic lifting rotator are used to telescopically control the distance between the centers of the four rollers,to change the upper tower displacement in the height direction and the horizontal direction,so as to completely fit with the tower placed on the traveling welding rotator,and the rotation of the traveling welding rotator drives the rotation of the two towers sections,so that the tower group is completed synchronously fit.The welding is completed on the automatic welding equipment to complete the pair welding of the entire tower body.

The growing line is composed by one set of fix type hydraulic fit-up rotator and one set of movable adjustable rotator.
The wind tower body is fit-up and welded at this working station. The first section is placed on the adjustable rotator, the second is put on the hydraulic fit up rotator. After align the two section, by adjusting fit up rotator, spot welding is done by rotate the adjustable rotator. The manipulator complete outside and inside circular welding after fit up. Steps by steps, the sections is connected and grow to the whole line, until the last section with flange is welded.
  • 1st step, put the section with flange on one set of rotator
  • 2nd step, put the second section on the fit up rotator, do spot welding by adjust the fit up rotator.
  • 3rd, Welding manipulator finish inside circular welding.
  • 4th, move the adjustable rotator to pull the section backward.
  • 5th , put the third section on the fit up rotator.
  • 6th, do spot welding by adjusting the fit up rotator.
  • 7th , welding manipulator finish inside circular welding.
  • 8th , the adjustable rotator move backwards together with the tower body.
  • 9th, put the fourth section on fit up rotator
  • 10th, spot welding done by adjusting fit up rotator
  • 11th, welding manipulator finish inside circular welding.Repeat above steps until the last section with flange is fit up.
  • 12th , the movable manipulator do all outside circular welding.
