Elevate Rotator
The elevate welding rotator is designed for taper tank/pipe.It is composed by one power unit, one idler unit, elevation device and electrical control system.
The main body is same as the standard self centering (Adjustable )rotator. There are two sets of motor & gearbox on the power unit, driven by Schneider inverter synchronized.
The elevation can be designed to motorized or hydraulic driven, according to different request.

- the rollers are PU, improve the transmission and driving capacity, extend the working life.
- All motors are frequency inverter motor.
- All the bearings are roller bearing which has strong capacity and resist impacting.
- All the shafts are tempered. Gears are quenched.
- The machine body is welded structure, stress released, body shot blasted and covered by anti-rust painting.
- All the shaft holes are machined to provide accuracy.
- The control system is composed by the cabinet and remote box. Schneider inverter and components are furnished to provide stable speed and working.
- Control cabinet is fixed on the machine body.
