This positioner is mainly composed by main body, overturn beam, rotate part, connection beam, conductor unit and electrical control part, with compact structure.
L Rotary positioner
It is composed by body, reducer, slew bearing, limited switches. Beam overturn proceed: brake motor—reducer—output gear—slew bearing—overturn beam. Overturn speed is 0.15-0.76rpm variably. This body is assembled by channel bars and A3 steel sheets, stress released after welding1
It is a welded box structure, made by 25# channel bars and A3 steel sheets, stress released after welding. This beam is connected to body by high strength bolts at 8.8 grade. There is limited blocks at back of beam, it makes the beam stop when beam turns to +/-90dgr.2
It is composed by brake motor, reducer, slew bearing and table. Rotate speed is 0.14-0.7rpm variably for different speed requirments. The conductor unit is beside the rotate reducer, which is connected to table directly, avoiding slew bearing and reducer, connected to bottom of body through wires.3
It is welded by rectangular pipes, channel bars and A3 steel sheets, stress released after welding. The main purpose is to connect driver and idler rotate tables, and there are screw holes on for fixing component. If necessary, customer can add some assistant brackets on it.4
electrical control part
Operation pushbuttons are on control cabinet, and a remote box is available for easy operation. There are rotate forward/backward, overturn forward/backword, rotate speed adjust, and speed indicator on remote box.5
